From the North

Tyne Tunnel/A19 - After Tyne Tunnel, follow A19 to Sunderland, continue onto the A184 to Sunderland which leads onto A1018 which will take you into Sunderland . Follow signs to the National Glass Centre which will also take you to the parking lot of the Media Centre.

From the South

Follow A690 off the A1 (M) - Follow signs to the National Glass Centre which will also take you to the parking lot of the Media Centre.

From the West

A69/A1 - Follow the A1 South, past the MetroCentre and go via the Gateshead Western by-pass into Gateshead Centre. From there, go on the Felling by-pass to the Gateshead Stadium following signs for Sunderland . The by-pass will lead onto the A184, turn off onto the A19 and then take the A1231 towards Sunderland . From there follow signs to the National Glass Centre which will also take you to the parking lot of the Media Centre.
